On 13 June 2024 we opened our doors to INNO|fair, the fall protection congress hosted by Innotech. Under the motto “Green Energy - Orange Safety”, 300 participants from various countries and industries gathered in order to shape the future of industrial safety.
An inspiring start to the day
The event began at 9 a.m. with the opening and the first INNO|experience tour, which provided an insight to the manufacture of our fall protection systems. The day was packed with presentations and discussions from leading experts in the industry. The first highpoint was the presentation by Andreas Imlinger about “fireproof photovoltaics”, which discussed innovative approaches to improving the safety of PV systems. In his INNO|speech, Erardo Meggiolaro then showed us the innovations from D-Airlab.
After light refreshment from our food trucks, we continued with the INNO|talk and the “Future of Green Energy”. The discussion moderated by Bernd Krainbucher was a further central item of the programme. We were particularly pleased to have such top-class personalities involved in this discussion. Because every single expert is outstanding in her specialist area. Christina Staude, Marina Opferkuch, Vera Immitzer and Melanie Schönböck discussed the current status of renewable energy sources. Every single expert brought unique perspectives combined with her specialist knowledge, and made this discussion a real highlight.
Afternoon session and side events
For everyone who arrived only for the afternoon, there was a further opportunity at 3 p.m. to participate in the INNO|experience tour. Then at 4 p.m. the final INNO|speech took place, with Claus Brunner talking about cooperative construction.
In between the presentations and discussions, the participants at the INNO|fair were able to participate in further side events. One highlight, for example, was the action-packed Wall Run. This provided many partakers with the necessary adrenaline kick. At LinkedIn Insights corner there were numerous tips and tricks for generating increased coverage. On the go-kart track at INNO|fair 2024, many people gave themselves a thrilling race.
INNO|fair succeeded not just as a platform for knowledge exchange and networking, but also for reinforcing existing business relationships and building new contacts. Well-known partners and exhibitors presented their latest solutions and products in the area of fall protection in combination with renewable energy sources. This gave the participants the opportunity to inform themselves at first hand about the latest technologies and innovations.
Evening programme and conclusion
The INNO|fair programme was rounded off with a special act, where things literally heated up in the breathtaking fire show. The event concluded with the Big Picture from Gerald and Christoph Reiter, and a fascinating story about the foundation of Innotech. The day ended pleasantly with networking opportunities, a dinner together, and a concluding INNO|party which gave the participants the chance to exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere, and to make new contacts.
INNO|fair 2024 was an absolute success, and provided a perfect mixture of specialist knowledge, innovation, networking and entertainment. The restricted number of participants ensured that every visitor was able to enjoy a high-quality experience, including access to all presentations, discussions and catering during the event.
